The application form with your signature needs to be sent back to h188.
Deposit needs to be paid unless the booking date is within a month.
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Event space is open between 9am to 9pm.Space could be rented whole day or by 3 hours block.
Pricing structure is followed. Space could be rented with or without add on options.
space rental includes to use projector, tables, chairs, terrace, and restroom.
Kitchen area is off limits, if the Kitchen use option is not added.
Space should be restored to its original state, including mopping floor, if the cleaning option is not added.
Space could be accessed only within the booking time. Set-up, preparation or cleaning should be done within the booking time.
Garbage boxes will not be placed, if the rubbish collecting option is not added. All garbage should be removed from the space.
Deposit needs to be paid unless the booking date is within a month. Deposit is 50% of total amount and not refundable in any case.
Instruction from hirafu188 office should be followed.
Meeting with hirafu188 office might be required in advance for preparation.
Additional fee will be charged when any damages are found.
Booking request might be rejected in case your activity is illegal, antisocial and/or inappropriate.
