The hotel offers an in-house shuttle service that takes you anywhere you need, making it easy to explore other resorts such as Annupuri and Hanazono without relying on resort shuttle buses! Most importantly, the hospitality is outstanding! A special thanks to Chisa and Daisuke for their kindness in driving us to and from the clinic—not just once, but twice. “Would happily stay again, and highly recommended - thanks for having me!go outside for supplies! The staff (all friendly and helpful) picked me up and dropped me off from and to my airport bus at the Hirafu Welcome Centre, and reached out to me in advance of my stay to confirm my arrival time so they could pick me up. The room had everything I needed, with a good range of facilities, was clean, modern and warm. It is an easy walk up the hill to the Gondola (about 300 metres), or within the same range to a wide variety of food and coffee options.

Only one very minor negative is that being so central there is a little bit of noise from the next door road, carpark and surrounds, but a very minor issue and it wouldn’t stop me recommending a stay here, or coming back. I would still rather be this central rather than more remote and quiet, as it was so convenient to everything.”
